Shipping & Return Policy

1. Order Processing & Production Time

All our carbon fiber and fiberglass automotive parts are manufactured on a just-in-time basis. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, standard production lead time ranges from 2 to 10+ weeks, depending on product complexity, material availability and current production schedules.

2. Shipping Methods & Transit Time

We ship worldwide via trusted international carriers, including but not limited to UPS, FedEx, DHL and dedicated freight lines.

• For in-stock items: Order processing takes 1–3 business days before dispatch.
• For made-to-order items: Production time (2–10+ weeks) applies before shipping.
• International ocean freight transit takes an average of 4 additional weeks, including documentation processing, customs clearance, port handling and final-mile delivery.

Actual carrier and service level will be arranged at our discretion based on destination, product size and delivery efficiency.

3. Delivery Estimates Disclaimer

All delivery timeframes provided on our website and in order communications are estimates only, based on historical production and logistics data. They are provided in good faith and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.

Due to variables in global manufacturing, customs clearance, weather conditions and carrier operations, actual delivery times may vary. We do not accept order cancellations, modifications or refund requests based solely on production or shipping delays.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Prices displayed on our website do not include import duties, customs fees, taxes or any additional charges levied by the destination country. All such fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

5. Order Cancellation

Order cancellations are accepted only before the item has been shipped out. A 10% processing fee will be applied to all approved cancellation requests. Once the order has entered production or been dispatched, cancellation is no longer available.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept return requests for brand-new unopened items, opened unused items, and slightly used merchandise.

All return requests must be submitted to our customer service team, accompanied by your order number and relevant product photos.

Items may be returned without restriction if they have only been opened or subject to minor normal wear from light use. Returns will not be denied solely due to package opening or slight regular usage of the product.

2. Return Process

• Contact us with your order number and detailed description + photos within 365 days of delivery.
• Do not ship items back without our prior approval.
• Once your request is approved, we will provide the designated return address and instructions.
• Returned items must be unused and in the original packaging.

3. Return Shipping Costs

• For defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped items (our error): We will cover the return shipping cost.
• For all other return requests: The buyer is responsible for return shipping, original shipping and handling costs.
• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

4. Damaged Shipments

If your package shows visible external damage upon delivery, please take clear photos of the package and contents, reject the delivery and contact us immediately.

5. Repair Service

For items damaged due to improper installation or use, we may offer repair service on a case-by-case basis. All repair costs and related fees will be borne by the customer.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets return eligibility, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
